The menu is organized around hair. Cuts for women, men, and children aged 8 and under sit alongside color work that ranges from single process and men's color to highlights, balayage, and toner. Treatments include keratin smoothing, perms, Malibu treatments, and add-ons that strengthen hair during a service. Hair extensions are offered in several methods, with a consultation required first. Waxing is also available.

Booking requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less notice carry a fee of 25 percent of the appointment, though the fee is waived for a true emergency. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery on a chosen date; gift card sales are final.
