Loc extensions can use locs the client provides in 0.4cm or 0.6cm sizes, or pre-made 100% human hair locs in 0.6cm from 6 to 18 inches. Extension appointments run several hours, and natural hair should be between 3 and 5 inches long. Longer hair must be cut, or an additional $300 is added to keep its length. A $300 deposit paid through Zelle confirms the booking.

Every appointment requires a $40 non-refundable deposit, also paid through Zelle, and one reschedule is allowed with that deposit. The balance is paid in cash at the visit. Clients running late are asked to call ahead. A consultation, which runs 15 minutes, is available for professional advice on a specific loc question or decision, and loc removal requires a consultation before booking.

Loc removal carries a $300 non-refundable deposit and is priced by length for man buns, with a flat service rate for full-head removal. The site notes that SistaLocs is not part of the removal service. Holiday appointments and squeeze-ins are also offered, with holiday bookings carrying an extra charge.

The studio does not rush its work and asks clients to avoid booking other appointments close before or after a service.
