Braiding is the core of the menu, with box braids in several sizes, cornrows, crochet, and many feed-in styles such as lemonades, straight backs, up-dos, halos and pop smoke designs. Nail appointments, including gel, acrylic and manicures, are provided by two in-house nail techs.

Booking requires a non-refundable $40 deposit, and the appointment is confirmed only once that deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on arrival and must be paid in cash, with Zelle and Cash App also listed as options. Clients should arrive 10 minutes early, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
