Skincare is fully customized to each client's skin. Facials can include sound therapy, gua sha facial massage, scalp massage, a glow treatment and a heated bed massage. New clients receive a complimentary skin analysis and a home care plan on their first visit, along with $25 off their first facial.

For weddings, the studio offers single-service bookings as well as bundled experiences that combine skincare, makeup, hair, lashes and a bridal preview. Brides who want longer preparation can book skin prep facial series starting three or six months before the wedding. Larger bridal parties, tight timelines and early starts may need a second stylist, which carries an artist fee. Gratuity is added to the final invoice.

Bookings can be made through an online booking system, by phone, by email or by Instagram direct message. Bridal previews require a 50% non-refundable retainer applied toward the preview, and a final bridal contract follows if the client proceeds. The studio states that more than 1,000 women have been through its services.

The studio takes a skin-first approach for bridal clients, starting each plan with an assessment of the skin and the client's goals.
