A visit begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation that covers hair goals, hair history and what is realistic. Final pricing is confirmed at that consultation, before any work begins. Listed prices are starting points that can shift with hair length, density and service time. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. A $75 deposit secures the appointment once the time is confirmed and is credited toward the service.

Curly hair is a specialty, with cuts and color shaped to natural texture. Gift cards are sold in $150, $250 and $350 amounts; they do not expire and are non-refundable. Paid street parking is available on Alhambra Circle and the streets nearby.

Each service is chosen with the hair's current state and its health over time in mind, and cuts and color are fitted to the natural texture of each guest's hair.
