Cristina Cojoc

Cristina Cojoc is the founder of Les Papillon Studio in Coral Gables. She trained for four years at a hairdressing academy in Nice, France, in advanced cutting and coloring, and holds a CAP and a BP in hairdressing. She also studied management and accounting alongside her hairdressing training.

Her career has included French salons such as Franck Provost and Jean Louis David, where she worked alongside independent salon owners in France, among them Jean-Yves at Salon Suzishen in Vence. Work in Barcelona helped her develop an approach to modern, relaxed everyday hair. She later worked at a Toni & Guy salon and other local salons in Cambodia, and then in high-end salons in Princeton, New Jersey, and Manhattan, New York.

Her specialties include balayage, highlights, lowlights, dimensional color, color correction and glossing, along with precision cuts, personalized styling and curly hair. Her coloring includes French-inspired techniques such as Indian Sun and Brun Kashmir. She works with women, men and children.
