Hair visits usually begin with a consultation for color and major style changes, and color is matched to skin tone and lifestyle. Haircuts and blow-dries are offered for women and men, along with bridal or evening up-dos that include a custom updo; trials can be booked in advance and on-site styling is available. Color ranges from single process and high/low-lights to combined color and highlights, in creative shades or subtle looks, and dramatic changes may take several sessions. Keratin treatments (Brazilian Blowout, Brazilian Blowout Express and GK Global Keratin) and perms for soft waves or defined curls are also offered; perms require a consultation and a strand test first. Hair extension consultations look at hair strength, texture and scalp condition, include a cost estimate and suggest alternatives when extensions are not recommended.

Facials begin with a skin analysis. Customized facials include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, massage, a mask and hydration, microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells and softens fine lines, and Dermaplane Plus combines dermaplaning with a customized facial after a consultation confirms it suits the client. Clients are asked to avoid heavy exfoliation, retinoids or waxing 48 to 72 hours before a facial. Makeup and lash services include full face and bridal makeup, lash lifts with tint, eyelash tinting, eyelash extensions and extension fills; the salon describes its makeup artists as certified. Massage is Swedish or Deep Tissue in 60 or 90 minute sessions, and Body Polish treatments use gentle scrubs and oils. Nail services include gel, shellac and CND manicures, SNS dip powder, hard gel, acrylic fills, sets, spa pedicures and polish changes. Waxing takes place in private treatment rooms.

Three spa packages include champagne: Nurture Me ($190) covers a classic manicure, spa pedicure, shampoo, conditioning treatment and blow-dry; Indulge Me ($225) covers a customized facial, shampoo and blow-dry and a hand polish change; Pamper Me ($350) covers a body polish, a one-hour massage and a facial. Gift certificates and package vouchers are sold in the salon and as e-gift cards online. According to the salon, cancellations need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged half the service cost, or up to the full cost for packages. Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

Consultations come first for color, hair extensions, perms and facials, so treatments are matched to skin tone, hair condition and goals. Nail services use single-use implements and sterilization.
