Extensions are customized to hair type, texture, density and lifestyle rather than fitted to a single template. A first extension visit includes extra time for a pre-consultation and customization. Hand-tied and invisible bead installs are sewn or placed without glue, tape or heat, and are typically refreshed with a move-up appointment every six to eight weeks.

The extension menu is broad. It includes beaded and temporary extensions, Great Lengths strand-by-strand keratin bonds in Remy human hair described as ethically sourced, K-Tips and fusion, mesh and mesh-less integration for thinning or fine hair, clip-ins that can be color-matched, halo and curly extensions, and full or partial coverage hair toppers. Stylists cut, color and blend each topper to match the client's natural hair, and the salon offers maintenance guidance and touch-ups.

Color services begin with a short history survey, current hair photos and inspiration photos, followed by an initial consultation. New color clients complete a Custom Color Questionnaire before booking an online customized color appointment. Services include balayage and freehand color, highlights and lowlights, blonde transformations, root smudge, gloss and toner, all-over color, corrective color to remove unwanted tones and rebuild the base, and root touch-ups. Bonding and repair treatments are included with every color service. The salon does not offer fashion color.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options, and the business also offers finance options. Clients can book online, and current clients can schedule move-ups or color maintenance through the booking link. Gift cards are sold.
