Extensions are the core of the business, installed by the no-show method or the traditional hand-tied method. The no-show method hides small beads among the wefts and lets the row thickness be adjusted. The hand-tied method places beads under the wefts for more volume, with wefts tied or sewn to the captured hair. Installations use no heat, glue or chemicals, according to the business. The brand also says its extensions keep clients' natural hair healthy and damage free.

Beyond extensions, the salons offer color work such as smudge root, gloss, retouch, money piece, balayage, highlights, babylights and color correction, along with haircuts, blowouts, bridal styling, Brazilian blowouts, K18 masks and waxing.
