Sugaring covers most of the body and the face, and the facial menu includes enzyme peels, dermaplaning and chemical peels.

Sugar hair removal uses a paste made from sugar, lemon and water, applied at around body temperature. The paste is worked on by hand with a single ball, so no sticks or paper strips are used. It is pulled in the direction hair grows, which the business says reduces broken and ingrown hairs. Before a visit, clients are asked to gently exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead and to avoid lotions and oils. Hair should be roughly an eighth to a quarter inch long, usually about two weeks after the last shave. Brazilian services are offered to clients 18 and older, and clients under 16 need guardian consent. For 24 hours afterward, hot baths, saunas, pools, heavy sweating, exercise and sun or tanning are avoided. The business says its sugaring is better for the environment because it greatly reduces waste.

Facials are described as customized to each client's skin type, needs and concerns. A customized 60 minute facial costs $110, and the enzyme peels, the Signature and the Oxygenating, are 45 minute facials at $115 each. Dermaplaning is a 45 minute treatment at $85, which includes a custom mask, and it can be added to a facial for $25. Chemical peels use products from Image Skincare, with the peel chosen after a consultation to suit individual skin goals. A single peel costs $135 and takes 45 minutes. Series of 3 cost $375 and series of 6 cost $700, usually spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart, with peel strength possibly increasing gradually over the series. Peels are not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on sunburn or broken skin, or within 12 months of Accutane use.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 1pm to 8pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, with Sundays and Mondays closed. A valid credit card is needed to book, and at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no shows may incur a $25 fee, and repeated no shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Services are non-refundable, but clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the business within 48 hours. Gift cards are sold online through Square in amounts of $25, $50, $100, $125 or a custom amount.

Facials are described as gentle rather than invasive, with healthy, glowing skin as the aim. Sugaring is done by hand with a natural sugar paste at around body temperature.
