The menu is grouped into Holistic Skincare, Body + Wellness, Waxing + Tinting, and Beyond the Treatment Room.

The Signature Intuitive Facial begins with a skin assessment and comes in a 60-minute version at $140 or a 90-minute version at $175. The shorter version includes a tension release massage or manual lymphatic drainage, and the longer one includes both. The Essential Apothecary Facial is a 60-minute customized treatment at $120 that uses plant-based ingredients, cleansing, light exfoliation, and a personalized mask. The Gua Sha, Dynamic Cupping, Microcurrent, and Reiki facials are each 90 minutes at $175.

Add-ons can be combined with facials. Gemstone Collagen is an ultra-hydrating option with an amethyst eye mask and gemstone rollers, priced at $35 for the eye area or $50 for the full face. LED light therapy with red or blue light covers the face, neck, and décolleté for $50. Other add-ons include manual lymphatic drainage, oxygen infusion for hydration at $50, a 15-minute reiki session at $35, and 15-minute spa reflexology at $35. Relaxation massage is offered in 30-minute ($70) and 60-minute ($95) sessions. Prices may change, and the website shows current pricing.

Waxing and tinting services include brow shaping by wax or by tweezing, brow tinting that blends out gray, lash tinting for $28 (clients should arrive with makeup-free lashes), and facial waxing for lip, chin, neck, sides, and full face. Brow shaping by tweezing suits clients who are sensitive to waxing or using topical retinol or exfoliants. Clients using topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, or prescription acne medications should stop at least 7 days before a waxing visit. Clients who have taken or recently finished isotretinoin, or who take medications that increase skin sensitivity, should tell the studio before waxing.

Booking is by referral for new in-person clients, and existing guests book through the studio's online scheduling link. A credit card reserves every appointment. Please give at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours' notice incur a 40% fee, arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the visit, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Payment is due at the appointment by cash, check, Venmo, or major credit card, with a 2.6% fee on cards and an 8% state and local sales tax on all services. Gift cards and e-certificates can be set up from $50 to $500 and work on in-studio services, not retail products.

The studio carries Blissoma, ACTIVIST, and ORGAID products. According to the studio, Blissoma's Smooth A+ Correcting Serum has been its top seller for more than 10 years. Product orders are reviewed within 24 hours and are not charged right away; shipping is added before the order is finalized. Orders can be held for pickup or for an upcoming visit, dropped off locally for established guests, or shipped. Skincare returns and exchanges are handled case by case, and the studio asks to hear about any product that is not working within 14 days of purchase.
