Each visit starts with a consultation covering the length, curl and volume the client wants. The team cleanses the eyes to remove makeup and oils, places under-eye pads, and applies the extensions with professional adhesive. Application usually takes one to one and a half hours.

Clients can rest on comfortable beds during their appointment. Refills are recommended every two to four weeks. Aftercare asks clients to avoid heat and steam and oil-based products, and to cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam cleanser.

The lash lift and tint is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and curls natural lashes without extensions, glue or added products. It takes about an hour and typically lasts four to eight weeks.

Each set is tailored to the client's natural lashes, eye shape and preferences.
