The lash menu covers classic and hybrid extension refills, full sets in classic and volume or hybrid styles, lash lifts with or without tint, and a lash and brow tint. Classic refills require at least 30% of the extensions to remain on the natural lashes. Full sets take about two hours, while refills take about an hour.
The brow menu includes shaping with tint, lamination without tint, and a combined brow service. The combined service pairs lamination with custom tinting matched to the client's hair color and a wax cleanup. Tooth gems are semi-permanent and come in lead-free Swarovski crystals or 18k gold, with gold gems ordered and paid as a deposit before the appointment. Facial waxing is also offered.
Memberships are billed monthly and include lash refills and 20% off products. Packages of three classic or hybrid/volume refills save $10 each. Credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment forfeit the deposit for that service, and the site states a 50% charge on any no-show. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
