Laurent Haus

Laurent Haus rents private suites in a newly built building at 3835 County Road 175 in Leander. The suites are leased to independent beauty and wellness professionals rather than run as one salon, so each tenant works from its own space and sets its own business.

Each suite has built-in storage. Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent, complimentary coffee and refreshments are provided, free parking is available on site, and access to the building is secured around the clock.

The suites are designed for licensed estheticians, nail artists, lash and brow artists, PMU artists and massage therapists. Hair stylists and hair services are not accommodated. Renters must hold a valid license and insurance, and the business operates under a Galleria Establishment License.

Lease terms run from six to eighteen months, depending on availability. Suite pricing depends on suite size and is available on request. Professionals considering a lease can book a free in-person tour of available suites, the amenities and leasing questions, which lasts about an hour. Each provider operates independently, setting its own services, pricing and schedule and taking bookings directly.
