Sweet Magnolia Studio brings several independent beauty businesses under one roof in Leander. Four studios operate there: nails, lashes, permanent jewelry, and facials and skincare. Each one is run separately, so clients book directly with the studio they want.

The lash side includes Sugar Lash Beauty Bar ATX, where Adrienn is the owner and master lash artist and Meggan is also a master lash artist. The studio offers classic, volume, hybrid, and mega volume lash extensions, along with lash fills, removals, lifts and tints, and microblading. It specializes in the UV Lash System.

Linked Up ATX offers permanent jewelry. Pieces are welded on with no clasp, in gold and silver chains, and each one is fitted and welded on the spot. Permanent bracelets, necklaces, and anklets are all available. The studio also sells fine and fashion jewelry, from gold pieces to statement accessories.

Charmed Nails by Alsu focuses on nail work, including intricate nail designs, gel manicures, and nail health. Russian manicures and pedicures are done with a dry e-file method. Elegant Face and Bronze Spa, run by licensed aesthetician Tammy, offers customized facial treatments, chemical peels, and targeted skincare, with services tailored to each client's skin needs.

Sweet Magnolia Studio works as a shared location for separately run studios, and each one manages its own bookings and services. The studios tailor their work to the client, from individual facial plans to lash styles chosen with each client.
