The studio moved to its Madison Yards location after about ten years in Grant Park. Clients can reach the loft by elevator or by stairs, and parking is free, with a few spaces in front of the building and a public deck next to the AMC theater.

Services are by appointment only, and the studio is open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Online booking is currently off, so clients can email, text or send a request through the request form. Requests get a reply within 24 hours during business hours. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and clients who cancel repeatedly at the last minute may be asked to book with a credit card; the full service fee is charged for a missed appointment. Listed prices are starting points that can shift after a consultation, depending on hair amount, color used and the time needed. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
