Lash services range from classic full sets, where one to three extensions go on each natural lash in a closed fan, to hybrid sets that mix classic and hybrid extensions on isolated natural lashes, a lighter wispy hybrid set, and a volume set that uses a lightweight fan on each isolated lash. Full sets run about two hours. Maintenance is offered as a mini fill, a signature fill, or a revival fill for longer gaps, and the menu notes which fill fits how long it has been since the last appointment. A Korean lash lift, which lasts up to six to eight weeks, is also offered and can be paired with a lash tint.

Brow services include a basic brow wax using sensitive hard wax with a consultation and brow mapping, a brow tint and wax where the tint color is custom formulated for each client, and a brow lamination with tint and wax that lasts six to nine weeks. Waxing also includes an upper lip wax. The Face Card package combines a Korean lash lift with tint, brow mapping, brow lamination, brow tint or stain, and brow wax, and it starts at $165.

Booking details are listed on the studio's policies. Hours are Monday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50 percent fee, a no-call, no-show is charged the full service cost, and a 10-minute grace period applies before fees may be charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.

The studio emphasizes sensitivity checks: a free patch test can be booked before lash, lash lift, brow lamination, tint or wax services, and clients are asked to tell the salon about recent retinol, retinoid or Accutane use before a wax appointment.
