For lashes, clients can choose individual extensions customized to the length and fullness they want, or a mega set for more volume. Regular clients return for a two- or three-week fill, or a mega fill on the same schedule. Express lash sets give about half the coverage of natural lashes and need a maintenance fill within one to two weeks, and the price of that fill can vary based on how many lashes are left over. Lash lifts with tint last six to eight weeks, tint alone and lash removal are also available, and temporary cluster lashes last three to five days.

Brow services include waxing, a brow wax with tint, a combined brow and lash tint, and brow lamination, which includes wax and tint and lasts for weeks. A brow package covers five waxes for $100, with the fifth one free. Facials range from a 30-minute basic option to a 60-minute treatment with skin analysis, steam, hot towels, a double cleanse, exfoliation and massage of the face, neck and chest.

Treatments take place in a private room, with the client in a reclining chair that offers heat and massage. Snacks, music, podcasts, audiobooks, comfort TV shows and fidget toys are available during appointments, and a quiet chair service can be requested in the appointment notes. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.

The studio aims for a calm, comfortable setting during every appointment.
