The team travels to the venue each client picks, whether that is a city, a beach or the countryside. It says it has worked in many states, including Utah, California, Florida, New York, Texas and Colorado. Clients who want an early start choose the time, and the team arrives then.

Wedding hair is shaped to each bride's style and hair type. Wedding makeup ranges from natural looks to full glam, and it is built with long-wearing products meant to hold up in photos. All makeup services include false lashes and a touch-up lipstick. Stylists also show brides how to place a veil so it stays secure without disturbing the hairstyle. Trial runs let a bride test the look before the wedding day, and they cost the same as the wedding day service, whether booked as a package or a la carte.

Hair and makeup can be booked together under one deposit. Phone calls and emails are not answered after 5 PM, except on Mondays, and replies come the next business morning. Contact hours are Monday from 12 to 8 PM and Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
