Extensions are a major part of the menu: feather and tinsel extensions, one-row and two-row installs (including a discreet two-row method), braid extension installs, and removal. Bridal clients can book a trial run, a bride or bridesmaid hair appointment (prices may vary when the stylist travels to the venue), or special event styling. Haircuts are available as a stand-alone service or added onto a color appointment.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday through Thursday and on Saturday. Appointments must be cancelled or changed at least 48 hours ahead. Changes inside that window, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Children are not allowed at appointments. Cash is preferred, and card payments carry an automatic 3% tax. Cards are saved on file and charged automatically. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
