Apprentices train one on one with licensed instructors toward 2,500 hours of in-salon training and state board licensure tests. Apprentice services take about twice as long as a regular stylist's, and once an apprentice is proficient the price is half the Junior stylist price. The salon describes its pricing as transparent and affordable.

Clients can book online through the Boulevard platform, and a credit card is required to book. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and missed appointments with no notice may be charged up to the full price, which is non-refundable. Management decides case by case whether to waive the fee in an emergency. Hair color appointments have a 15-minute grace period and other services a 10-minute grace period. Children under 10 are welcome when booked for a service. Active duty military, veterans and seniors 65 and older can request a 20% discount on services. The salon also runs an online shop.

Listed color prices run from $70 for a partial or retouch to $170 for color correction, with all-over color at $80, highlights or lowlights at $90, weave color at $100, weave and shadow at $110 and balayage at $135. Gender neutral cuts range from $25 for a barber or short cut to $40 for a transformative or curly cut, and gender free haircuts are priced by how long the cut takes and the stylist's skill. Basic and plus blowouts are $10 each, and special occasion styling with a trial run is also $10. Eyebrow shape and tint, and waxing of the upper lip, chin, nose, ears and full face, are $10 each.
