The menu is grouped into color services, haircuts, add-ons and other services. Color work centers on natural-looking results, ranging from a base color that covers gray and refreshes the ends with toner or gloss, to T-section and partial or full head highlights, to balayage and foilayage. Several highlight services can be adjusted with a root shadow or toner.

Haircuts include a women's cut with blow-dry, a men's cut, and a curly cut. The curly cut is done dry and shaped to each client's curl pattern, with washing and styling included. Add-ons can be layered onto a visit, such as curls or beachy waves, a deep conditioning mask, toner or gloss, or a haircut added to a color appointment without a second blow-dry.

New clients can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Clients who are unsure what to book can email a current photo, their goal, and a short history of their hair from the last three years. Extensions are arranged by email or through a consultation, and booking questions can be sent to the studio's email address.

Appointments require a credit card to hold the booking. Changes requested with less than 48 hours' notice carry a fee of half the reserved services, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated, with the same fee applying. Gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount and can be sent by text or email, and group gift cards let several contributors pool money.
