The extension menu covers three techniques. Classic sets place one extension on each isolated natural lash. Hybrid sets combine classic and volume methods, and the studio describes this as its most popular option. Volume sets fan three to eight fine extensions onto each natural lash, suited to sparse lashes, gaps or a fuller look. Full sets are $135 for classic (about 120 minutes), $185 for hybrid (about 150 minutes) and $200 for volume (about 180 minutes). Fills are offered at two and three week intervals, and colored lash add-ons start at $10.

Lash lifts curl and lift natural lashes as a semi-permanent treatment that lasts up to six weeks. A lift and tint is $85 and gives natural lashes a darker, more defined look without mascara. A lift alone is $75 according to the booking page.

New clients should arrive ten minutes early for consent forms and a consultation, and all clients should arrive on time with clean lashes and no makeup on them. A valid credit card holds an appointment and can be applied to the final price. Deposits and services are final, though clients with discomfort, major lash fallout or a reaction within 48 hours can request a complimentary 40-minute touch-up or removal. A no-show without notice is charged the full service price. Outside fills are accepted, and a full set fee may apply based on the current set, including a complimentary removal and cleanse. With good at-home care, extensions can last up to three to four weeks, and refills are recommended every two to three weeks. Mascara should not go on extensions, oil-based and waterproof makeup is discouraged, and steam and water should be avoided for the first 24 hours.
