Lash services cover extensions, fills and removal. The Classic set places one extension on each healthy natural lash, adding length and fullness based on the lashes already present, and it is not recommended for clients with sparse or curly natural lashes. The Double Stack/Wet Set uses a closed fan to darken the lash line, sitting between Classics and Volume in boldness, and it needs healthy, full natural lashes. Volume layers a mix of 3D and 4D extensions on every healthy natural lash, so fuller natural lashes give a fuller set.

Brow services include sculpting, tinting, lamination and combined packages. A Brow Sculpt covers professional shaping, a cleanse, precise trimming, waxing and tweezing, with an optional complimentary brow highlight. Tint gives a light-to-medium defined color that lasts about two weeks on hair and about one week on skin, depending on skin type. Lamination lasts six to eight weeks depending on hair type and needs at least four weeks of growth first; it is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Brow waxing is best maintained every three to four weeks, and retinol and acne-prone skincare should be avoided for 10 days beforehand.

Booking requires a $30 deposit for each service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 90% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from booking future appointments. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and guests arriving 15 or more minutes late are cancelled and treated as same-day cancellations. Extra guests and children are not permitted in the studio during appointments, and all payments are final with no refunds.
