Nail Spa is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM and on Sundays from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Nail services make up the core of the menu, with lash, brow and waxing services offered alongside them. Clients can book online or by phone, and the salon does not take bookings by email.

Manicures start with a Regular Manicure at $16, which includes an essential oil hand soak, cuticle care, shaping, filing, lotion and regular polish. A Buff Manicure at $21 finishes with a shiny buff, and a Polish Change at $11 covers removing old polish, a hot towel, cuticle oil and a new color. For longer wear there are dip powder, gel, acrylic and hard gel options, along with a soft gel color that can be soaked off.

Pedicures begin with a warm sea salt soak, followed by trimming, shaping, filing, buffing, cuticle care, removal of rough skin, a steamed hot towel, and an exfoliating scrub and hydrating lotion for the feet and lower legs. Spa pedicures add scented soaks, masks, massage and hot stone treatments, with several built around named product lines. Pedicures often end with a light back massage when time allows.

The salon also offers lash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume sets, with fills at two-week, three-week and mini intervals, as well as lash lifts, lash lifts with tint, brow tinting, brow tinting with shaping and brow lamination. Free consultations are available for lash and brow services when booked. Waxing covers the lip, chin, eyebrow, underarm, bikini, half and full arms and legs, and Brazilian.

Clients are asked to arrive on time or about five minutes early. Cancellations or changes made with at least 12 hours' notice are free; later changes carry a fee of half the service cost. Same-day changes need at least one hour's notice. Free nail fixes are offered within seven days for issues caused by the technician's work, such as chipping or lifting, but not for breakage from impact or work done elsewhere.

Several services are chosen with nail condition in mind, including hard gel and soft Japanese gel options aimed at weak or brittle nails, with cuticle care as a central focus.
