The lash menu includes classic, hybrid, volume and custom extension sets, each planned during a full consultation, along with Express Lashes, a temporary application that typically lasts three to seven days with proper care. Lift options include a traditional eyelash lift on natural lashes, with up to six to eight weeks of wear, and a Korean lash lift with customizable patterns and keratin steps, which the salon says gives a softer curl, better lash integrity and a shinier look. Extensions are removed with a gentle adhesive remover.

Brow services include lamination, a smoothing treatment that sets brow hairs in a lifted shape with results lasting six to eight weeks, brow and lash tinting in a custom color blend, and threading for brows, lip, chin and full-face hair shaping. Permanent makeup includes Powder Brows, a semi-permanent technique for a soft, shaded brow, which the salon says heals well for all skin types, including oily or sensitive skin.

Appointments are booked only through the online booking system and require a non-refundable deposit and a valid credit card on file. A deposit can be moved once with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged 50% of the service total, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their visit shortened or rescheduled, with a fee possible. Clients must be 18 or older, and those under 18 need a parent or guardian and written consent. Gift cards never expire and can be bought online or in the studio.

The studio also teaches lashes. The course starts with online theory, followed by three days of hands-on training in the studio, plus business and branding guidance and creative lash design instruction. Graduates receive a Lash Fundamentals Certification and a professional lash kit with application tools and practice materials.
