Bridal services, including bridal parties, brides, flower girls, mothers and wedding hair and makeup, require a consultation. The Armonk location also offers medical aesthetics and wellness treatments. At Rye Brook, the Totally Hott Salon, a full-service hair salon at the same address, has offered haircuts, color, balayage, ombre, extensions, keratin and hair treatments in Westchester since 2016.

Membership passes are Be Happy at $100, Be Healthy at $300 and Be Hott at $500 per month, each with a service credit, a percentage off treatments and retail, a birthday gift and monthly treatment or blowdry perks. Hott Beauty Bank memberships offer discounts on blowdry services and savings on other services, with rollover balances; members can cancel at any time and have 60 days to use what remains. Gift cards work at all locations. Payment plans are available through Cherry, and a 3% service fee applies to credit card payments. The salon publishes a cancellation and no-show policy.
