Lash extensions attach premium synthetic lashes to natural lashes using a medical-grade adhesive. Available types are Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume, and styles include Natural, Cat-Eye, Baby Doll, Wispy, Wet and Custom, with C, D and DD curl shapes. Every visit begins with a consultation, and every lash extension service includes a complimentary one. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and outgrown extensions are removed and replaced at each fill. Full sets suit guests who are not currently wearing extensions or who have kept less than half of their previous extensions. Full set and fill appointments are not counted by lash number; the stylist applies as many extensions as possible in the time booked, and a Extended Fill Upgrade add-on is suggested for guests who do not qualify for standard fill timing. Lash Lovers is a membership that supports a two-week maintenance schedule at a savings.

Lash lifts lift and curl natural lashes, with a choice of three curl types, and can be paired with a tint for a deeper look. Results last up to eight weeks, depending on the guest's natural lash cycle. Each guest signs a consent form before the service, and mascara, lash serums, eye creams and getting lashes wet should be avoided for 24 hours afterward. Lash and brow tints use FDA-compliant, plant-based formulas, can be added to another service or booked alone, and last up to four weeks. A stylist helps choose the shade and mixes colors as needed.

Brow lamination uses a keratin solution to set brow hairs and always includes brow shaping; the formula contains keratin, collagen peptides and castor oil. Brow shaping includes mapping and a consultation, with hair removal by threading, waxing and or tweezing.

The business states that guest safety and the health of natural lashes and brows come first. It reserves the right to decline requests that could damage natural lashes or brows. Cancellations or changes made 24 hours in advance avoid fees; later changes are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Same-day changes must be made within an hour of booking to avoid fees, and cancellations must be made by phone, with voicemail accepted. Lash extension appointments more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or cancelled. Lash lifts, brow lamination and highbrow services need their full allotted time, so late arrivals are discouraged.
