Fills on lashes done at another establishment are not accepted; those clients book a removal and a full set first. Brow services range from a simple brow tint to brow lamination with custom brow mapping and waxing.

Memberships and packages spread lash fills across the month. A classic extensions package includes two classic fills a month, and four monthly membership tiers include two fills per month, with members saving a set amount on each visit.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and no extra guests are allowed at appointments. A valid credit or debit card is required to book but is not charged at booking. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Services are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Accepted payments are cash, Apple Pay, Zelle and all forms of card.
