Extension sets are priced by style, with fills priced separately. A fill is timed and priced according to how many days have passed since the last appointment and how many lashes remain, and the salon advises a new set when more than 24 days have passed or when less than half the natural lashes are left (21 days and 30 percent for half sets).
The lash lift menu includes a Signature Korean Lash Lift, which uses cysteamine-based formulas in a multi-step process and which the salon recommends over a traditional lift. Results are described as lasting up to six weeks depending on natural growth. A keratin lift uses a thioglycolic acid system with lashes shaped on a rod, with results lasting about six weeks. Lash Lift Reversal is offered for lifts from another provider that have become over-curled or over-processed; it softens the result and is not a redo or correction.
Booking requires a card on file. An appointment is reserved once the deposit is received and the required forms are completed. New clients' deposits are non-refundable, while existing clients can receive a refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead. Late arrivals of 8 to under 15 minutes carry a $25 fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the appointment. Brow lamination and brow waxing require pausing retinol, tretinoin or strong exfoliants for three to five days beforehand.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday 1:30 PM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2:30 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays.
