Lash extensions are the core of the menu, and the studio treats them as an art form: each extension is applied to a natural lash, and materials, lengths, thickness and curl are blended to suit the client's face and lifestyle.

Lash options include classic sets, Russian and mega volume, hybrid sets, and several extension materials: faux mink, silk, 100% Siberian mink and the studio's Cat's Meow styles, which are applied to the outer corners only. Men's lash styles are also offered under the names The Clooney, Ruru's Drag and James D., and there are extra add-ons such as glitter lashes, colored lashes and a 2D-3D volume option.

Brow and face services include Hepburn brow shaping, a 30-minute wax service that uses measurements and face shape analysis; a middle-brow tidy-up wax that does not include shaping; lip waxing with Berodin wax; lash and brow tinting; brow lamination and henna brows. The studio also offers semi-permanent microblading, which starts with a $50 consultation that is applied to the cost of the procedure, and permanent eyeliner for the bottom lash line, top lash line or both lids. Men's facial and brow grooming is listed as well.

For clients who want a lift rather than extensions, there is a YumiLashes keratin lift and a Dolly's lash lift. Policies to know before booking: a credit card is required to book online or by phone, cancellations need 24 hours notice, and missed or late cancellations are charged the full service price. Same-day phone rescheduling is charged 50% of the service price. Refunds are not given; account credit or a gift card is offered instead. Extensions applied at another salon must be replaced with an outside fill at the first visit. A touch-up 4 to 6 weeks after an original session at the studio is free, and a touch-up after 6 weeks costs $150.
