Karla Cruz

Karla Cruz owns The Eyeconic Lash and has worked in the beauty industry for more than 10 years. She began her career in 2006 as a self-taught freelance makeup artist, and her work now covers master lash styling, esthetics, makeup artistry and laser technology.

She trained at The Paul Mitchell Partner School and holds a license in skin therapy, obtained in 2009. She is certified in classic lash extension techniques by three lash extension companies, in Russian Volume and Mega Volume lashes, and as a laser technician through the Texas Laser Institute in 2013. She also completed 3D and 6D microblading (brow embroidery) certification in September 2015, and training in the Yumi Keratin Lash Lift.

Before opening the studio she worked for several lash studios and was Lead Esthetician at a local spa and wellness lounge. She has also taught makeup and worked as a laser technician in the DFW area.
