The studio is inside Kim's Beauty Supply on Main Street in Irvine. Its core work is eyelash extensions in four styles, from classic to mega volume, along with lash lifts and perms and a few add-on services.

Services are mainly booked by appointment, and a $20 commitment fee secures each booking and counts toward the balance. New or newly returning clients receive an online consent form after booking and need to complete it at least 24 hours before their visit. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes and lashes free of makeup, and anyone who is ill or recently exposed to an infectious illness is asked to reschedule. Appointment reminders go out by text or email within 48 hours. Visit lengths vary by service. Full sets and refills of the extension styles run about an hour and a half, though the studio's FAQ gives a general range of 60 to 90 minutes for extension appointments. A lash lift takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, and a lash bath about 15 minutes. Refills are generally recommended every three to four weeks, with the exact interval depending on the client. Aftercare is specific. After a lash lift, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours, eye makeup should be avoided for the same period, and waterproof mascara is not recommended. After extensions, water should be avoided for the first two to four hours, steam, sauna and spa visits for 48 hours, and mascara should not be used on the extensions. Concerns raised within 48 hours can be addressed with a complimentary 30-minute express touch up if the fault lies with the application or product. Concerns raised later, or where aftercare was not followed, are charged at full service price. Policies to know: cancellations within three hours of the appointment carry a 50% charge of the service, and no-shows must pay up front for future appointments before rebooking. Services and products are non-refundable. A referral credit of $15 off a future eyelash service applies to both the referrer and the new client, provided the referral is mentioned during the visit. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom value and do not expire. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp and Apple Pay.
