Lash extensions are applied one at a time with a medical-grade, semi-permanent adhesive. Classic sets place one synthetic mink extension on each natural lash, volume sets fan two to five ultra-thin extensions, hybrid sets combine the two, and mega volume sets use the thinnest lashes to build fans of up to 15. With proper maintenance, extensions can last two to three weeks before a touch-up. A touch-up requires at least 40% of extensions to remain, and the salon also redoes lash work from other salons, where an additional charge may apply.

Party lashes take about 20 minutes and last three to five days, so the salon recommends booking the day before an event. Brow shaping uses waxing, trimming and tweezing, and lip, chin and full face waxing use a soft natural wax. Lash removal uses a professional-grade remover and takes about 30 minutes. Makeup services are priced by phone call.

The salon runs a one-day classic lash training course taught by Janeiro, covering theory and hands-on practice in sanitation, application, eye designs and lash industry basics. Students must hold a valid California esthetician or cosmetology license to enroll, and the course includes a full lash kit. It costs $1,200 and includes lifetime mentorship with Janeiro; attending does not guarantee certification. Private one-on-one training tailored to individual goals is also available.

The salon is open Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice by phone or text. Changes 24 to 48 hours ahead carry a charge of 50% of the service, and changes within 24 hours carry the full cost, both charged to the card on file. Arriving 15 or more minutes late means the service is not performed and must be rebooked, with the full cost charged. Priority booking before opening or after closing carries a $100 fee.

The salon designs its space and visit around the full client experience and applies lash extensions one at a time.
