Lashes By Olivia Grace is a lash and brow studio in Plano, Texas, located in Suite 108 at 1921 Preston Road. Most of the menu is lash extensions, with full sets, fills and add-ons, alongside lash lifts, brow services and waxing.

Full sets come in six styles. The Classic set places one extension on one natural lash for a subtle enhancement, and the salon describes it as its most natural look. The Y Lash set is textured, fuller, soft and lightweight, a step up from classic. The Hybrid set mixes classic and volume lashes for a customizable textured look, and the Angel/Wet set is a volume set of narrow fans. The Volume set uses handmade lashes fanned and wrapped around each natural lash, which the salon says gives phenomenal retention. The Mega Volume set uses handmade fans crafted to each client. Every full set includes a complimentary aftercare kit. Wispy handmade spikes or layered lengths can be added to full sets, and lashes can be colored in five options.

Brow services include brow lamination, brow lamination with a tint for fuller-looking brows, and tinting on its own with two options. A lash lift with tint lifts natural lashes and lasts up to six to eight weeks. Brow wax uses a gentle hard wax made for sensitive skin and includes a brow trim, and lip and brow-and-lip waxing are also offered. After a lash lift and tint, or brow lamination, clients are asked to keep the area completely dry for 24 to 48 hours.

New clients book a complimentary 30-minute consultation first, and a $20 patch test is available. Fills are offered at one-week mini intervals and at two, three and four weeks; a fill needs at least 40% of the extensions still in place, otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Lashes applied by another provider can be filled for a $25 foreign fill fee, and if earlier extensions were misapplied, a complimentary removal and a full set may be recommended. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time are charged half the service, and arriving 15 or more minutes late incurs a $20 late fee. Arriving more than 30 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and charged half the service total. A $30 after hours fee applies to services outside working hours. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Saturdays.
