Lashes by Louie, LLC operates two locations: one at 406 Main Street, Suite 115C in Edmonds, WA, and one at 200 Newport Center Drive, #306 in Newport Beach, CA. The Newport Beach studio lists hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 6 pm. Both locations take bookings by call or text.

About

Extensions come in four styles. Classic uses one synthetic mink lash bonded to each natural lash for a defined look. Hybrid mixes classic and volume extensions for a fuller, softer result. Volume applies handmade fans of several lightweight synthetic lashes to each natural lash, and mega uses featherweight fans for the most voluminous option. Length, thickness and curl can be adjusted for each client, and consultations are offered before a first set. Extensions are placed about 1 mm from the lid so the glue stays off the skin. Sets typically last 2 to 4 weeks depending on aftercare and preparation, and natural lashes shed on their own schedule. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks and usually take 45 to 60 minutes.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers lash lifts, lash tints, brow tints and a combined lash lift with tint. Eyebrow design is custom shaping that can include tweezing and waxing, and brow waxing and upper lip, chin or jaw line waxing are also available. Lash removal takes about 15 minutes. Clients are asked not to remove extensions at home, since the salon uses a gel that loosens the glue.

Prices are listed as starting points and are subject to change. Classic full sets are $180 with cash or $200 by credit card, and classic fills are $65 cash or $75 by card. Clients who arrive with fewer than 30% of their lashes at a fill are charged the full set price, and anyone who goes more than 4 weeks between visits needs a new full set. Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice to avoid a fee. Promotional services and gift certificates are non-refundable, and services already performed are not refunded, though clients unhappy with a service should contact the salon within 24 hours. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow, and should remove contact lenses before application. Bottom lash extensions are not offered at this time.

The salon offers consultations before a first set and customizes lash length, thickness and curl to each client. Aftercare is part of the plan, including avoiding water, steam and heavy humidity for 24 hours after application.
