Full sets come in four styles. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, a hybrid set blends classic and volume lashes, and volume sets use lightweight volume fans. Mega volume is the fullest style the business offers, which it describes as its most dramatic look. Full sets take about 210 to 240 minutes.

Between full sets, clients book fills at one, two or three weeks, with time and price rising as the gap grows. Mini fills are booked 3 to 7 days after the previous visit, two-week fills 8 to 14 days after, and three-week fills 15 to 21 days after. A full set is needed when more than 21 days have passed, or when less than 40 percent of extensions remain. Clients who had a full set done by a different lash artist can book a foreign lash fill as an add-on.

A no-charge consultation to discuss style and fit, and a no-charge patch test, are both offered, each about 10 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive with freshly cleansed lashes free of makeup, oils and buildup, to avoid eye makeup beforehand, to remove contact lenses before service, and to skip caffeine for two to three hours before the appointment. Anyone with an eye infection, eye irritation or a contagious illness is asked to reschedule.

Each appointment requires a $25 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit, which is applied to the total cost. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice; later changes carry a 50 percent fee based on the scheduled service, with any deposit credited toward it. Arriving 15 or more minutes late means receiving service only for the remaining time at full price, and may require rescheduling. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use Buy Now, Pay Later with approval before the appointment. The booking page lists 129 reviews. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 5 PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.
