Services take place in a private room. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. New clients who want to check for irritation or an allergic reaction can book an adhesive test, a few lashes placed on each eye at no charge, done at least 24 hours before a first full set.

The menu covers classic sets, with one extension on each natural lash for added length and a look similar to one or two coats of mascara, and volume sets, with two to six very fine extensions fanned onto each natural lash for a fuller, bolder finish. Both can be worn natural or dramatic. Classic and volume sets are offered to new clients as full sets only. Full sets take about three hours for classic ($215) and three and a half hours for volume ($265). Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, and the studio estimates extensions without touch-ups could last four to six weeks. A touch-up needs at least 40 percent of extensions still attached. Clients with more than 20 percent still on need a removal first, which costs $40 and takes 45 minutes, and is free if done within five days of a set applied at the studio.

Custom magnetic lashes are a separate offering: strips made by hand for each client and applied to the lid with magnetic eyeliner. They can be worn with or without extensions. A designer lash appointment begins with a short video consultation to measure the lash line and talk through shape and style, or a text-based option. The Designer Lashes Kit includes a virtual appointment over Zoom, a custom strip in a compact case, clear designer eyeliner and a stainless steel applicator. Kits ship within the United States, or can be picked up at the studio.

Customizes curl, width and length for each set, aiming to keep natural lashes healthy and intact. Aftercare advises no mascara, oil-free products only, and daily cleaning with a cleanser.
