About

The salon opened in April 2013 and now operates six locations in Los Angeles, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. The Sepulveda Boulevard location in Los Angeles is entered from the back, where parking is also located.

Each appointment reserves the whole salon, about 1,000 square feet, for one client's session, so the visit is not shared with other guests.

Extensions come in several materials. Silk lashes blend synthetic and silk fibers for a glossy, jet-black finish. Featherlash is the salon's own ultra-lightweight line with a hollow core, and Matte lashes have a non-glossy look. Volume Lash sets are hand-built during the appointment, with several lightweight extensions placed on each natural lash, and can take up to two and a half hours.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and take about an hour. Once a set is more than three weeks old, only a full set treatment is performed. Appointment requests are submitted online and must be confirmed before payment is made online. Home visits are offered at $40 within 20 miles, or $20 per every 10 miles.

The salon also offers a Beginner Volume and Classic Eyelash Extension course for new lash artists, covering classic and volume techniques. Two-day training costs $599, three-day training $799 and four-day training $999. Training classes are non-refundable.

The salon says its extension technique does not damage natural lashes.

Each visit gives the client the whole studio, about 1,000 square feet, to themselves.
