The studio is located on the upper levels of Clark Tower at 5100 Poplar Ave. Free parking is available in the attached deck, and guests take the elevator up to reception.

Full sets come in classic, hybrid and volume styles. A classic set takes about 75 minutes, a hybrid set about 90 minutes, and a volume set about two hours. Fills are for existing extensions and are typically needed about every three weeks. Once more than four weeks have passed, a full set rather than a fill is usually recommended.

The studio does not work over another artist's extensions, so old extensions must be removed first. Old lash removal can be added to a new set for $25.

During the first 24 hours after a treatment, avoid getting lashes wet, exposing them to steam, and applying heat. Keep mascara, lash curlers, and oil-based removers or micellar water away from the eye area. Each day, cleanse the lashes softly with a foam product designed for lash extensions, then comb them with a spiral brush that has been kept clean. For best retention, sleep on the back or on a silk pillowcase, because sleeping on the side or stomach can cause lashes to fall out sooner.

Appointments are booked online. Walk-ins are not accepted.

The studio focuses on extensions alone, with appointments only and written aftercare guidance aimed at keeping sets in good shape between visits.
