The braiding menu covers kiddie braid styles for children ages 4 to 11, large, medium and smedium knotless braids, boho knotless braids, stitch braids, straight back braids, and faux and boho faux locs. Faux locs and boho faux locs are described as tension-free options for summer. Smedium knotless braids include hair and come in six standard colors, with other shades requiring notice before the appointment. Length changes the time needed, from roughly 8 hours for mid-back to about 10 hours for knee length. Smedium knotless appointments are set at 9AM, and other times require contacting the studio by text or email first.

Extension work includes hair packages in 18 to 26 inch lengths, starting at $450, and installs such as quick weaves and sew-ins, closure and frontal units, and half up/half down styles in glue or sewn versions. Traditional sew-ins and quick weaves can be done with leave-out. A frontal install is not a full sew-in. There is also a hands-on one-on-one class for beginners. Maintenance covers sew-ins, faux loc retwists, wig upkeep, and silk press or fresh curl styling, which is not offered for natural hair.

Bookings are made online with a $25 nonrefundable deposit and a $1 service fee, and the balance is due on the day of the appointment. Cash, tap pay, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and a service fee applies to balances not paid in cash. Appointments before 9AM and after 5PM carry surcharges that rise the earlier or later the slot. Same-day appointments add $75 and need at least an hour's notice. A 10-minute grace period applies, after which a $15 late fee is added. Clients may reschedule once, and cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice through the Client Portal or the confirmation email. No extra guests or children are allowed. Hair should be washed and free of oil and product beforehand, though plaits are fine, and the stylist blow dries hair. The address is sent 24 hours ahead.

Wig units and hair products ship by FedEx with tracking and take 3 to 7 business days, with free shipping on orders over $250. Custom units are made to order in 3 to 5 business days, excluding shipping, and cannot be changed once ordered. All sales are final, and wig units and hair products cannot be exchanged. Apparel can be exchanged if it arrives damaged or defective and the business is contacted within 3 business days of delivery.
