The studio says its goal is to understand each client's personal style and needs, and to build long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, education and commitment. The studio uses faux-mink extensions made from man-made fibers and medical grade adhesives made for use around the eye. It does not use latex-based or weave glues. Additional cosmetic services such as makeup makeover with strip lashes, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow lamination, microblading, waxing and facials are offered intermittently.

The studio is open from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm and is closed on Sundays. Hours may vary, and walk-ins are subject to availability. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by email or through WhatsApp. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges, and deposits are not refundable. Cash, Zelle, major cards, debit cards and Vagaro Pay Later are accepted.
