Skincare and energy work are offered side by side, and the business describes its signature Mystic Facial as exclusive to it.

The facial menu runs from customized treatments to named ones. The Citrine Facial is tailored to skin needs and uses a crystal cleanser, extractions, a mask, and LED light. The Diamond Facial uses wet and dry microdermabrasion with a hydra wand and serum. The Sculpt Ritual combines microcurrent, lymphatic drainage, and massage. The Perfect Peel is a peel on its own, without a facial. The Mystic Facial pairs energy and crystal healing, a sound bath, a tarot or oracle reading, and a customized facial. A back facial with a back, neck, and shoulder massage and a teen Indigo facial with LED blue light are also offered, and a first-time introductory facial is available.

Brow services include tint, The Ultimate Brows, which covers shaping, trimming, wax, and tint, and Bohemian Brows, which adds lamination to the same steps. Microblading and micro shading are also offered; micro shading combines micro strokes with machine shading, and touch-ups come four to six weeks after the first session. Brow work carries a non-refundable $75 booking fee that is applied to the service cost. A cover-up or color correction adds $50, and previous brow work must be 70 to 90 percent faded before new work is added, with a photo sent for approval before booking.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, and Bind Lock styles, and refills are only offered for clients who already have extensions from the studio. Hybrid and classic fills are recommended every two to three weeks and Bind Lock fills every three to four weeks; appointments after three weeks (four for Bind Lock) are charged as a full set. Lash lifts, tints, and extension removal are also available. The treatment room is licensed as a tattoo room. Anyone under 18 must have a parent present, and guests and children are not permitted at appointments.

Booking rules are firm. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and requires a new deposit to rebook. One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit and incur a $50 fee, day-of cancellations are charged $100, and no-shows without notice are charged $100. For waxing, clients are asked not to shave or tweeze for three to four weeks beforehand.

Facials are built around the individual, with skincare and energy services offered alongside each other.
