Beauty Curated started in 2020 with lash extensions performed at clients' homes, and opened its first studio on November 1 of that year. Lash extensions remain the core of the business, alongside lash lifts and tints, brow services and a range of facials and skin treatments.

Visits are by booking only, though same-day appointments are sometimes available. First-time clients pay a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Clients are asked to wash their lashes before arriving, keep lashes dry for 24 hours after a full set or fill, and avoid mascara on extensions, using micellar water for makeup removal. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are cancelled and charged half the service price.

Fills for lashes applied at another studio are possible starting at $170, if the lashes qualify. The salon asks for photos of the current lashes and the other studio's or artist's Instagram page before booking, and says a removal and full set may be needed, so the starting price is not guaranteed.

The salon says it is well regarded in the industry for its lash extensions and was voted Santa Monica's Most Loved Business in the med spa and skin care categories.

The salon's approach centers on enhancing each client's natural beauty.
