The lash menu covers full sets in classic, hybrid and volume styles, plus fills booked at 14 or 21 day intervals. Current guests can book a classic touch-up within seven days of their last visit. Guests who want to move to hybrid or volume can do so if their last fill was within the past 15 days, and new guests with extensions from another salon can book a consultation to see whether an in-fill is possible. That consultation is not an in-fill itself. Removal is available for any extensions, and clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to take out contact lenses before service.
Waxing uses a hard wax that the business describes as hypoallergenic and vegan, chosen to protect the skin. Facial and body waxing is priced area by area, and packages of buy 3 get 1 free or buy 5 get 2 free are offered on eyebrows, underarms, lower legs, bikini, full face and Brazilian. Bleaching for the thighs, underarms and bikini area asks clients to avoid waxing the treated area for one week beforehand and to avoid sun exposure afterward. Skin care includes classic facials, a teen facial for clients 17 and under, peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling and radio frequency treatments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, given in writing by email, phone or the online booking portal. Clients are charged for services up to the cancellation date, and unused portions of a service are not refunded. Class cancellations made at least 7 days ahead receive credit toward a future class, while later cancellations and no-shows receive neither a refund nor credit.
