Providers are grouped into four levels that reflect time in the industry and progression within the pricing structure, so some prices change by level. The Deluxe Facial, for example, is listed at $240 at Level 1, $250 at Level 2 and $260 at Level 4 on the booking site. The business says every provider is licensed and held to the same standards of care.

Each facial is tailored to the client's skin, concerns and needs on the day, and products and treatments are chosen during the appointment after the provider talks through the client's skin, goals and concerns. Monthly facials combined with an at-home routine are recommended, with a goal of at least six treatments a year. Appointment reminders go out by text and email.

Personalized care is the standard at every provider level, and facials are chosen on the day, after the provider has discussed the client's skin, goals and concerns.
