Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. The studio is open Tuesday from 1 to 9 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Thursday from 1 to 9 PM, and is closed the rest of the week. Appointments can occasionally be squeezed in before or after listed hours for an added fee. The studio says surfaces and tools are disinfected between clients and that there is a place to wash hands. Free parking, card payment, Wi-Fi and wheelchair access are noted, and pets are allowed.
Full sets run from about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the style, and fills are priced by how many weeks have passed since the last appointment. Classic and YY classic full sets include a complimentary lash bath. Add-ons include a mini massage with hair and scalp or hand and arm options, a blackhead removal mask, and healthy lash removal.
Gift cards are available, and service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time. A loyalty program is offered. According to Booksy, the studio has a 5.0 average rating from 66 reviews. Full Eyelash Extension Training, a 2 to 3 day course of about 22 hours for people who want to become lash artists, is offered as a class.
