Lash services are grouped into full sets, refills, mini fills and removal. Refill pricing depends on how long it has been since the last visit and the condition of the lashes at the appointment. A deposit is required for refills and full sets and is applied to the final total. Lash Touch-Up is for existing clients returning within 7 days for minor fixes, while new clients and clients back after more than 28 days are booked into the Custom Lash Extension Full Set. A Mega Volume upgrade can be requested on full sets. Lashes applied by another artist can be refilled here for a $25 upgrade fee on Standard and Extended Refills, though those are not eligible for Lash Touch-Up. Lash extension removal is paid online at booking, so nothing is due at the appointment.

Brow services combine mapping and shaping with either a tint or a lamination, or both. Permanent makeup brows are done with a professional tattoo machine in three styles: powder brows, which give a soft, filled-in look similar to eyeshadow on the brows; combo brows, which blend powder shading with hair strokes; and hair strokes only, which the studio lists as coming soon. An initial session is followed by a touch-up at 4 to 8 weeks. The 6 to 12 month maintenance rate is for existing Lash Scouts permanent makeup clients returning within that window, provided enough pigment remains and the original shape is intact.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and closed on weekends. Appointments can be booked up to 30 days ahead. Any appointment longer than 90 minutes is booked as separate sessions, one at a time.

Lash Scouts Academy trains lash artists at every level. Lash 101 is the beginner course, covering business and marketing, lash safety and regulations, a client consultation method, classic application, full sets, refills, removal, and practice on mannequins and live models. Level Up is advanced training covering volume fans, mapping, retention, speed and client experience, plus business growth. Both are offered live in person or online. Graduates of Lash 101 get a discount on Level Up, and artists trained at other academies can enroll at the standard rate. In-person Lash 101 includes a professional lash kit and a certificate of completion. The business states that more than a thousand students have taken its courses.
