Areli Alvarado founded Fluffy Co. to concentrate on the most voluminous lash designs after noticing that mega styles were underserved. The studio describes itself as a maker of very full lashes and as a specialist in mega volume. Its signature fiber, Fluffy Fiber, was developed over years of testing thousands of fibers, and the studio says its lash sets use only Fluffy Co. materials.

The menu covers full sets in classic, volume, wispy, wet, hybrid and mega styles, along with refills, mini fills and a foreign fill for clients coming from another studio. Lash lifts, lash tinting and a Korean lash lift for natural lashes without extensions are also offered, with the Korean lift listed at $160. Brow services include lamination with or without tint, waxing, threading and brow tinting with henna. Facial hair removal for the cheeks, chin, nose, sideburns and upper lip is listed at $15 per area. Bottom lash extensions and lash removal are available as extras.

Booking requires a $40 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment, which is applied toward the service total. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit arrives. Same-day cancellations and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit, and one reschedule is allowed with 24 hours notice to transfer it. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may shorten the service or require rescheduling. Refill timing matters: a two-week refill is booked within 15 days, refills between days 16 and 21 count as three-week refills, and anything later needs a full set. Refills need at least 40% of extensions remaining, and foreign fills need at least 50%. Appointments before 10 AM or after 6 PM carry a $30 fee.

The studio also runs Fluffy Co. Academy, which offers online lash extension courses, mostly in Spanish, that learners can take at their own pace. Courses include a certificate of completion, and the Fluffy Technique Masterclass is listed at $159.99. Fluffy Co. also sells lash care and tools online. The salon accepts credit cards, allows pets, offers Wi-Fi and is accessible for people with disabilities.

The studio focuses on the most voluminous lash designs and says its results depend on continuous training for every lash artist.
