Options range from classic sets, which place one extension on each isolated natural lash and are suggested for first-time clients, to hybrid sets that blend volume and classic techniques for a fluffy, natural-to-full result. Volume sets fan five to ten extensions onto one natural lash for a lighter, fuller look, while mega volume sets use sixteen to twenty lashes per fan for a darker, denser effect. Refills are priced below full sets.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, bring a contact or glasses case, come alone, and stay flexible on timing. Fixes or touch-ups need to be reported within three days of the appointment; later requests may carry a small fee depending on the situation. No refunds are offered.

Aftercare includes keeping lashes dry for 24 hours, avoiding oil-based products, and staying away from saunas, facials, and swimming for four to six hours after application. Clients should skip eyelash curlers, cotton on extensions, and waterproof mascara, brush lashes daily, and not remove extensions at home.
